At Macron Sports Hub Dublin North, we take pride in supplying high-quality teamwear, training gear, and customised club products. As many of our items are produced specifically to order, we ask customers to review our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Our Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returns will be processed within 21 working days of receiving the goods

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:

All customised or personalised products, including:

Items with club crests, sponsor logos, or embroidery

Garments with printed or embroidered initials

Personalised jerseys (names, numbers, or custom text)

Made-to-order items or special size orders

Once an item has been customised, it cannot be resold, and therefore cannot be returned.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where an issue is confirmed, we will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate

Cover any reasonable return costs

NOTE  an Item is NOT faulty if the "wrong" size was ordered. We offer sizing guides on our website and it is expected customers read them thoroughly before purchase

How to Return an Item

For eligible returns:

1. Contact our team to request return approval

2. Ensure the item meets our return conditions

3. Package the item securely with proof of purchase

4. Send using a tracked postal service

Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return is processed

Important Information

We strongly advise customers to check sizing, spelling, and order details carefully before confirming any order

Once production has started on customised items, orders cannot be cancelled or amended

These policies are in place to ensure we can continue offering high-quality, customised products at competitive prices
