Christmas Closing

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Our offices are closed from Friday 19th December at 1pm and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.

LAST DELIVERY DATE

Monday 22nd December is the last day our factory can despatch any orders as per our couriers instructions. We don't have a pickup facility. We will recommence deliveries on Monday 5th January.

CLUB SHOPS

Club Shops can still be used to place orders over Christmas and the New Year.
Once a day we will check online orders and where necessary place orders with the required suppliers to have them on site when we return. Each suppier has its own operating hours over Christmas and most will not return to full capacity until Monday 5th January 2026.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

Your order may have missed the cutoff date of Friday 28th November, may not have been fully ready to be despatched or was not ready for the last delivery date. Where we can, we will try and place your order with the courier companies so that they can be despatched week commencing the 29th December. Otherwise it will be after January 5th before you will receive your order.
